Account Suspension & Closure

Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, money laundering concerns, underage gambling, and technical security issues.
Voluntary Account Closure

Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
